Shipment Policy

At Fauna Pets, we are committed to delivering your products in the best condition and as soon as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipment policy carefully:

1. Third-Party Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through trusted third-party couriers and logistics companies. While we work closely with these partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, the actual shipping and handling are beyond our direct control.

2. Responsibility for Delays and Damages

Although we take utmost care in packing and dispatching your products, Fauna Pets is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, mishandling, or non-delivery once the order has been handed over to the courier service.
Any concerns or claims arising due to shipping issues must be directly addressed with the shipping partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines mentioned on our website or during order confirmation are estimated and may vary depending on external factors like weather conditions, strikes, courier service disruptions, customs clearance, etc. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Fauna Pets will not be liable for orders delayed, misplaced, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Missed Deliveries and Reattempts

In case of missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, incorrect phone numbers, or wrong addresses, the courier company will generally attempt redelivery as per their policy.
If the order is returned to us, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Fauna Pets is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery location.

7. Damaged Packages Upon Receipt

If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • Refusing to accept the delivery, and

  • Immediately contacting the courier company to file a damage claim.

  • Informing Fauna Pets within 24 hours at [info@faunapets.com] with photos/videos for record purposes.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, pandemics, and disruptions in transportation networks.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the shipment is processed, even in cases of returns, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch.
